EMMA International is a consulting and developmental firm focused on human potential. We have been operating since 2007, with our founder active in the field since 1998. We work with individuals, teams, and entire organizations.

We are grounded in our proprietary MAP4Y methodology and in six professional pillars: diagnostics and feedback, coaching, mentoring, training and development, talent and organizational development, and sustaining change.

We deliver these pillars independently or connect them according to client needs into a single developmental journey. MAP4Y is not a seventh pillar. It is our proprietary methodology and decision-making framework that helps determine what is currently happening with specific potential and which intervention makes genuine sense.

What We Tell Our Clients

We map potential and know what to do with it. Eight strategies, not one generic program.

Mapping is not followed by an automatic catalog pitch of training courses. It is followed by a deliberate decision on which strategy is relevant for specific potential, a person, a team, or the organizational environment. Only then do we select the appropriate tool.

We work with globally accredited, gold-standard methodologies: PCC ICF international coaching credential, Facet5 global personality psychometrics (Profile and team TeamScape), Gallup CliftonStrengths talent methodology, and Lumina Learning typology (Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion).
