Martina has been operating in human potential development, leadership diagnostics, and executive consulting since 1998, establishing EMMA International in 2007. She works with C-suite executives, business owners, key talents, and multidisciplinary expert teams across Slovakia and international markets.
She developed the MAP4Y methodology and the MAP4Y Cards set (published under the ZO Academy brand), which connect cutting-edge psychometrics, solution-focused coaching, and sustainable micro-experiments in real-world business practice.
